  2. Decide on the type of podcast it will be.
  3. Decide who your target audience is and why they should tune in to your podcast.
  4. Determine the look and feel of your podcast.
  5. Select a name for your podcast.
  6. Select the equipment you will need.
  7. Determine and select podcaster publishing service.
  8. Establish a social media strategy for FB, IG, Tiktok,YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  9. Determine your budget.
  10. Map out your first episode.
  11. Create your content for intros and outros.
  12. Create graphics and associated assets.
  13. Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, StreamYard, Adobe Podcast to help you streamline your workflow.
